Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, lead generation, social media advertising, content creation, and online portal management.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns for lead generation.
✅ Handle and manage incoming leads, maintain CRM records, and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.
✅ Manage and update property listings on online portals such as 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, Square Yards, and other real estate platforms.
✅ Create engaging property videos, reels, and promotional content for social media marketing.
✅ Design marketing creatives, brochures, banners, and social media posts using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar software.
✅ Manage company social media accounts and improve online presence.
✅ Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports.
Required Skills:
✔ Experience in Meta Ads Manager
✔ Knowledge of Lead Generation Campaigns
✔ Video Editing Skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, etc.)
✔ Graphic Designing Skills (Canva, Photoshop)
✔ Knowledge of Real Estate Portals
✔ Basic Understanding of CRM & Lead Management
✔ Good Communication Skills
Preferred:
