Job Description – Sales Representative | LM Toyota
- Promote and sell Toyota vehicles to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, and follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations, sales documentation, and finance-related paperwork.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams for smooth transactions.
- Stay updated on Toyota products, pricing, and promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Participate in showroom events, promotional campaigns, and community outreach.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction before and after vehicle delivery.
- Follow company policies, ethical sales practices, and dealership standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in automobile sales or retail sales preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
- Valid driving license is preferred.

Working Conditions
- Six-day work week with rotational weekly off.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays based on showroom requirements.
- Local travel may be required for customer visits, promotional events, and vehicle demonstrations.
