- Manage all day-to-day restaurant operations in accordance with 5-star hotel standards.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through personalized and professional service.
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, beverage service, cleanliness, and hygiene.
- Conduct daily operational briefings before each shift.
- Ensure smooth coordination between the restaurant, kitchen, stewarding, front office, housekeeping, and banquet departments.
- Monitor restaurant reservations, table allocation, guest flow, and seating arrangements.
- Ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.
- Welcome VIP guests and ensure personalized service throughout their dining experience.
- Handle guest complaints promptly, professionally, and courteously.
- Build strong guest relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Ensure all service standards comply with luxury hospitality expectations.
- Ensure all food and beverages are served according to hotel brand standards.
- Monitor buffet setup, à la carte service, room service coordination, and special dining events.
- Verify menu knowledge among staff and promote upselling techniques.
- Ensure proper wine, beverage, and food pairing recommendations.
- Maintain service timing standards and guest satisfaction.
