Roles and Responsibilities:
* You are mainly responsible for Vendor sourcing, examining prospective suppliers, and negotiating
pricing and contract terms.
* You will maintain stock levels and place orders as needed at the appropriate time.
* You will be involved in import documentation work.
* You will raise purchase orders with vendors, track orders, and ensure timely delivery.
* Regulating timely payments of vendors
* Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices in internal
databases.
* You will update customer orders into the system and raising system related invoices.
Skills and Personality:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
* You are always on the go and willing to learn.
* Well organized with strong problem-solving skills.
* Able to work independently, good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Enthusiastic, positive attitude and good team player.
