Job Title: Site Engineer
Site Supervision: Supervise on-site contractors and ensure strict adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
Installation Verification: Validate electrical installations as per drawings, codes, and industry regulations.
Testing & Commissioning: Conduct comprehensive testing and commissioning of electrical systems to ensure performance and safety.
Quality Control: Enforce quality control processes to maintain high workmanship standards.
Site Coordination: Collaborate with other site engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth progress and issue resolution.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot technical issues on-site, propose solutions, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of site activities, testing procedures, and commissioning reports.
Safety Management: Uphold and implement electrical safety protocols and standards on-site.
Requirements:
Qualification: B.E. in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)
Experience: Minimum relevant experience in site execution and electrical contracting (experience level not specified but should be technically sound)
Key Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD
Industry Exposure: Experience in Commercial, Residential, Retail, Hotel projects preferred
Gender: ANY
Reporting To: Project Manager / Project Head
Working Days: 6 days a week, with alternate Saturdays off
Location: Mumbai (Lower Parel)
