Education :Engineering degree in Automobile/Mech
Experience: 3-6 Years
Locations: Andhra Pradesh / Kerala
Roles & Responsibility:
Responsible for setting up the service network for the region.
Handling the customer complaints across dealer network to reduce customer dissatisfaction.
Training of service team at the dealerships.
Responsible for after sales support and spares.
Local language & Automobile service background must
Good communication and troubleshooting skills.
