Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
- Explain company products/services clearly.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain proper follow-up with interested leads.
- Update call details in CRM / Excel sheet.
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets.
- Maintain professional communication at all times.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Regional Language).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confident and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Good listening skills.
