About the Role:
Aumbre Story is looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager, South, to drive sales and retail operations in South for our soft furnishings category. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and team management, with a passion for home decor and interiors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and expand market presence
- Manage retail and distributor relationships
- Lead, train, and monitor the regional sales team
- Ensure in-store product visibility and brand standards
- Conduct market analysis and report trends
- Support promotional activities and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business/Marketing
- 4+ years of relevant sales experience (home décor/soft furnishings/Home Textiles preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Travel within the region
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
