We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) - Physics to join our school in Sirsa, Kasna, Greater Noida. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to prepare senior secondary students for board examinations while fostering analytical and scientific thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Physics lessons for Classes XI and XII in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare students for board examinations through structured lesson planning, assessments, and revision sessions.
- Conduct practical laboratory sessions while ensuring laboratory safety and proper equipment usage.
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, question papers, and learning resources.
- Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and periodic assessments.
- Provide academic guidance and individual support to students.
- Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and progress reports.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and faculty meetings.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methodologies into classroom instruction.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Required Qualifications
- M.Sc. in Physics (Mandatory)
- B.Ed. (Mandatory)
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a PGT Physics Teacher in a recognized school.
- Experience teaching Classes XI & XII is mandatory.

- Strong command of Physics concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Board exam preparation experience.
