We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer communications, payment follow-ups, and order status updates.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience in handling customer interactions through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments and collections.
- Regularly update customers on the status of their material dispatch, delivery, and order progress.
- Communicate with customers via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Accounts, Operations, and Dispatch) to obtain order and payment updates.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure timely responses.
- Prepare and maintain CRM reports and customer databases.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
