1. Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Fire & Safety / Civil
2. OR ITI with strong industrial project experience
3. Experience in:
- Fire hydrant pipeline installation
- Pump room fighting systems work
- Sprinkler systems
- Industrial fire
Experience Required:
- Minimum 5+ Years in Industrial Project Work
- Experience in Fire Hydrant Pipeline Installation & Supervision Mandatory
- Industrial Site Handling Experience Required
Mandatory Requirement:
Candidate must bring along a team of at least 20 to 25 Electrical Workers/Labours for project execution work.
Industrial Fire Hydrant Pipeline Supervisor – Key Responsibilities
- Supervise complete installation and execution of industrial fire hydrant pipeline systems at project sites
- Handle site planning, manpower allocation, and daily work execution
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, contractors, and safety teams
- Ensure proper laying, alignment, welding, fitting, and testing of fire hydrant pipelines
- Monitor installation of pumps, valves, sprinklers, hydrants, and related firefighting equipment
- Ensure compliance with fire safety standards, industrial safety norms, and project quality requirements
- Manage material usage, tools, and site resources effectively
- Conduct hydro testing, pressure testing, and inspection activities
- Prepare daily progress reports, manpower reports, and work updates
- Troubleshoot site-related technical issues and ensure timely project completion
- Supervise fabrication and erection activities related to MS/GI fire pipeline work
- Ensure proper coordination with electrical, mechanical, and civil teams at site
- Maintain safety discipline and ensure PPE compliance for all workers
- Handle vendor and subcontractor coordination at project locations
- Support project billing measurements and documentation work
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of industrial fire hydrant pipeline systems
- Experience in firefighting pipeline installation and maintenance
- Knowledge of MS/GI pipe fitting, welding, fabrication, and erection work
- Understanding of fire safety standards and industrial safety procedures
- Ability to manage manpower and site operations independently
- Knowledge of hydro testing and firefighting system commissioning
- Good communication and team handling skills
- Ability to read piping drawings, layouts, and project plans
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities at project sites
- Familiarity with industrial project execution and coordination
- Basic reporting and documentation skills
- Leadership ability to handle large worker teams efficiently
- Time management and project deadline handling capability
