Job Role
The AO/MIS/VSAP – Electrical will be responsible for managing electrical operations, preparing MIS reports, monitoring electrical system performance, coordinating maintenance activities, and supporting plant operations through SAP-based documentation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Monitor electrical equipment performance and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems.
- Manage SAP/VSAP entries related to electrical maintenance, materials, and work orders.
- Analyze equipment downtime and prepare performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and plant procedures.
- Coordinate with maintenance, production, and utility teams for smooth plant operations.
- Maintain documentation of electrical assets, inspections, and maintenance records.
- Support audits and statutory compliance activities.
- Assist in planning manpower, shutdowns, and maintenance schedules.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Electrical Maintenance.
- Experience in MIS reporting and documentation.
- Hands-on experience with SAP/VSAP or similar ERP systems.
- Knowledge of HT/LT electrical systems, transformers, motors, switchgear, and power distribution.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- MS Excel and MS Office proficiency.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.

Candidate Profile
- B.Tech Electrical with 5–10 years of relevant industrial experience.
- Experience in electrical maintenance and MIS reporting.
- Familiarity with SAP/VSAP environment.
- Good troubleshooting and coordination abilities.
- Ready to work at Lanjigarh, Odisha.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,327.78 per month
