Foxtale Media is a marketing and events company that works with leading brands across technology, business, and innovation sectors. We are currently hiring on behalf of one of our clients for an upcoming AI Summit targeting senior professionals and decision-makers across the USA and Canada.
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Associates with prior call center or telecalling experience to support delegate outreach for a prestigious AI Summit. The role involves contacting potential attendees, introducing the event, qualifying interest, and assisting with registrations.
This is a remote contractual opportunity ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and experience handling international calling campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective delegates and leads across the USA and Canada.
- Introduce the AI Summit and communicate its key benefits.
- Engage with potential attendees professionally and effectively.
- Qualify leads and maintain accurate call records.
- Follow up with interested prospects via calls and email when required.
- Meet daily calling and outreach targets.
- Coordinate with the event team regarding lead status and registrations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Call Center, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable speaking with international prospects over the phone.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

- Stable and reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Quiet work environment suitable for professional calling.
Compensation
Compensation will be discussed during the interview process and will be based on experience and suitability for the role.
