- Assist chefs in basic food preparation as per kitchen standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations at all times.
- Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and ingredients efficiently.
- Ensure proper storage of food items following hygiene and safety standards.
- Clean utensils, equipment, and kitchen areas as per SOPs.
- Support chefs during service to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Dispose of waste properly and maintain sanitation guidelines.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations strictly.
- Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies.
- Maintain discipline, grooming, and punctuality as per fine dining standards.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
