About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Sales Manager to join our travel agency. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of corporate travel, group movements, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) business, along with an established network of corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
- Generate new business opportunities for corporate travel and MICE services.
- Handle inquiries for corporate travel, group tours, conferences, incentives, and events.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with operations and suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Attend networking events and corporate meetings to expand business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate travel sales, group travel, or MICE business.
- Strong network and contacts within corporate organizations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel products.
- Ability to independently generate leads and close sales.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling corporate accounts.
- Strong understanding of incentive tours, conferences, and group movements.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
