Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to manage employee relations, engagement, disciplinary matters, rewards & benefits, and the end-to-end employee lifecycle. The role requires close collaboration with business leaders and approximately travel across PAN India branches.

Key Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit management.
· Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
· Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution while ensuring fair and consistent practices.
· Partner with business leaders and managers on people-related strategies and workforce planning.
· Support the performance management process, including goal setting, reviews, feedback, and development planning.
· Administer rewards & recognition and employee benefits programs, ensuring timely execution and communication.
· Generate and analyze HR metrics, dashboards, and reports to provide actionable insights for business decisions.
· Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, and organizational guidelines.
Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory HR requirements.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives and organizational development programs.
· Travel extensively across PAN India branches (approximately 60%) to support business and employee requirements.
Qualification & Skills:
· Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
· 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner
· Experience in employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary matters
· Knowledge of rewards & benefits and end-to-end employee lifecycle management
· Hands-on experience with HR analytics and reporting
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
· Knowledge of statutory HR compliances is an added advantage
· Willingness to travel extensively across PAN India branches (approximately 60%)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternative Saturdays are off)
Working Time: 9.30 am to 6.30pm (Employees working on Sundays are eligible for comp off)
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
