We are looking for an experienced Receptionist cum Tele caller for our hospital reception desk.
Responsibilities:
Serves patients by greeting and helping them, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
Welcomes patients and visitors in person OR on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries.
Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records.
Assisting patients in filling medical forms
Answering multi-line phone and transferring calls to concern departments
Tele-calling.
Responding to complaints from Doctors, Patients and give support when requested.
Develop & maintain a strong relationship with doctors, doctor’s compounder, Blood collectors, Ambulance Driver and other Para Medical staff.

Higher Secondary Passed
Familiarity with phone systems

Salary : Rs.7000/- to 10000/- (Negotiable- Depends on Experience)

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
