Estimation & Tendering
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and infrastructure works.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents.
- Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings.
- Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Conduct rate analysis for various construction activities.
- Prepare tender submissions and bid documents.
- Assist in pre-bid meetings and tender clarifications.
Quantity Surveying
- Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Measure and certify work executed at site.
- Evaluate subcontractor and vendor bills.
- Monitor material consumption and project quantities.
- Prepare variation orders and additional work claims.
- Maintain records of measurements and project costs.
Cost Control & Budgeting
- Prepare project budgets and cash flow forecasts.
- Track project costs against approved budgets.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering proposals.
- Prepare monthly cost reports and management summaries.
- Monitor project profitability and cost performance.
Contract Management
- Review contract documents and project specifications.
- Assist in contract administration and compliance.
- Manage contractual correspondence with clients and contractors.
- Support claim preparation and dispute resolution.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Architects, Consultants, and Procurement teams.
- Prepare MIS reports and project progress updates.
- Maintain estimation and quantity records for future reference.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Certification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Cost Management preferred.
Experience
- 3–10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and Estimation in construction projects.
- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
