Job Summary
The Closing Sales Manager is responsible for converting qualified leads into successful property sales closures. The role involves handling client meetings, negotiations, follow-ups, agreement finalization, payment coordination, and ensuring successful deal closures while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Closures
- Handle end-to-end sales closure process for residential and commercial projects.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to explain project details and pricing.
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize property deals.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Follow-ups & Conversions
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, references, and channel partners.
- Convert walk-ins and inquiries into bookings.
- Maintain regular communication with clients until deal closure.
Documentation & Coordination
- Coordinate with CRM, legal, finance, and accounts teams for smooth documentation and payment processes.
- Ensure booking forms, KYC documents, agreements, and payment schedules are completed accurately.
- Assist customers with home loan coordination and registration formalities.
Market Knowledge
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and property pricing.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market demands.
Reporting & MIS
- Prepare daily sales reports and closure updates.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, bookings, and customer interactions in CRM software.

Experience
- 5 plus years of experience in Real Estate Sales or Closing Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in residential/commercial real estate projects.
- Strong understanding of property documentation and registration processes.
- Good network with channel partners and financial institutions is an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
