Top-10 Retails Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products, services, and ongoing offers effectively.
- Follow up with customer inquiries and generate qualified leads.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM or database.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure smooth lead management.
- Maintain professionalism and build positive customer relationships.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to handle customer objections confidently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Tele Sales Executive, or Customer Support Executive.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Customer-centric approach with a positive and energetic attitude.
