Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Executive for the jewellery industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer sales, promoting jewellery products, increasing brand awareness, and achieving sales targets through effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Attend walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable jewellery products.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Promote gold, diamond, silver, and bridal jewellery collections.
Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business.
Handle product display and showroom presentation.
Support online and offline marketing activities.
Manage social media promotions, WhatsApp marketing, and customer follow-ups.
Coordinate with the marketing team for festive offers, exhibitions, and campaigns.
Maintain customer database and feedback records.
Stay updated with jewellery trends and market competition.
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of jewellery products and designs.
Sales and customer handling experience.
Knowledge of social media marketing is an advantage.
Presentable personality and positive attitude.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Qualification
HSC / Graduate in any field.
Experience in jewellery showroom sales or marketing preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Jewelry sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Gold Jewelry Industry : 1 year (Preferred)
