- Monitor and ensure compliance with hospital quality standards and accreditation requirements (e.g., NABH)
- Conduct regular audits (clinical, nursing, documentation, infection control, etc.)
- Collect, analyze, and report quality indicators and patient safety data
- Coordinate and participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects
- Ensure proper documentation practices across departments
- Monitor incident/variance reporting and assist in root cause analysis (RCA)
- Facilitate implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Support infection control practices in coordination with the infection control team
- Conduct training and awareness programs for staff on quality and patient safety
- Assist in preparation for internal and external audits/accreditation assessments
- Ensure patient rights and safety protocols are followed
- Maintain records related to quality indicators, audits, and compliance
Strong analytical and auditing skills
- Good knowledge of quality standards (NABH or equivalent)
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Effective communication and training skills
- Problem-solving and critical thinking ability
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
Certification/training in Quality Management or NABH (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience; experience in quality is an added advantage
Qualifications & Requirements:
- B.Sc Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution
- Valid Nursing Council Registration
