- Must have knowledge in cookies, khari, puff, bread, bun, fillings and mixtures.
- Prepare and cook hot confectionery products as per standard recipes and quality guidelines.
- Handle preparation of fillings, custards, syrups, sauces, and other hot-section ingredients.
- Operate ovens, mixers, cooking ranges, and other bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor baking and cooking processes to ensure consistency in taste, texture, and appearance.
- Maintain production schedules to meet daily manufacturing requirements.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials and finished products.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
