We are looking for an enthusiastic, presentable, and customer-focused Receptionist cum Sales Executive to join our growing team and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesReception & Front Desk Management
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.
- Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and customer appointments.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure a pleasant showroom experience.
- Handle basic administrative and coordination tasks.
Sales & Customer Service
- Understand customer requirements and guide them regarding tiles, sanitaryware, bath fittings, and related products.
- Explain product features, pricing, and available offers.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Coordinate with customers regarding quotations, orders, and deliveries.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and showroom growth objectives.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in reception, customer service, or sales roles.
- Experience in tiles, sanitaryware, building materials, interiors, or retail sales will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.).
- Presentable personality with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
