We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and highly responsible individual to take end-to-end ownership of our gelato counter. As the face of our brand, you will manage the entire front-of-house operation, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and a perfect scoop. From serving gelato to handling transactions and keeping the counter sparkling clean, you will be the heart of our daily operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer Experience: Welcome customers warmly, guide them through our flavors, and perfectly scoop and serve gelato.
- Front of House Management: Take complete ownership of the counter's daily operations, ensuring a smooth and delightful experience for all guests.
- Cashier & POS Duties: Efficiently operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, generate invoices, process both cash and card payments securely, and accurately balance the cash register at the end of your shift.
- Hygiene & Sanitation: Maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation standards at the gelato counter, display cases, and seating areas throughout the day.
- Inventory Tracking: Monitor daily inventory levels of gelato, cones, cups, toppings, and cleaning supplies. Keep accurate logs and report when restocking is necessary.
