Position: Territory Manager
Department: Sales

Pay: ₹500,000.00 – ₹550,000.00 per year
Role Overview
The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations within the assigned territory, driving dealer partnerships, and ensuring strong sales performance. The role requires strong experience in the two-wheeler ecosystem, dealer network management, and the ability to lead and motivate a field sales team.
Key ResponsibilitiesTerritory Sales Management
- Manage and drive sales performance for the assigned territory.
- Ensure sales productivity and target achievement for the territory.
- Improve OTO product penetration and market share.
Team Management
- Handle and manage a team of 10–15 Sales Executives.
- Monitor team performance and help improve sales productivity.
- Guide and support the team in achieving individual and team targets.
Dealer Network Management
- Onboard new dealers and expand the dealer network.
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers and showroom sales teams.
- Conduct regular showroom visits to strengthen partnerships.
Operations & Compliance
- Ensure process compliance while sourcing business and building portfolio.
- Track and clear PDD (Post Disbursement Documents) in coordination with internal teams.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operational processes.
- Work with the collections team at the field level to monitor early defaulters.
Market Intelligence
- Identify and report market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to management.
- Communicate dealer and field sales team concerns to leadership.
Performance Monitoring
- Closely monitor sales executive performance and support them in improving productivity.
- Drive team performance as per the direction of the Area Sales Manager (ASM).
Candidate Requirements
- 4+ years of overall experience in the two-wheeler industry.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in team handling.
- Must have 100% experience in the two-wheeler ecosystem (OEM / NBFC / Auto Finance).
- Candidates with cross-selling experience will not be considered.
- Strong experience in dealer management and territory sales.
