Job Title: Lead Physiotherapist
We are looking for an experienced Lead Physiotherapist to handle patient treatment and manage the daily functioning of the clinic. The role involves assessing patients, planning treatments, supervising junior physiotherapists, and ensuring smooth clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care
- Assess patients and understand their condition
- Create and implement treatment and rehabilitation plans
- Treat complex or long-term cases
- Track patient progress and adjust treatment when needed
- Guide patients on exercises, posture, and recovery
Team Supervision
- Guide and mentor junior physiotherapists
- Ensure treatments are delivered correctly and consistently
- Support the team in handling patient cases
Clinic Management
- Ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations
- Manage patient flow and therapy sessions
- Maintain proper patient records and treatment notes
- Ensure equipment is used correctly and clinic hygiene is maintained
Patient Experience
- Explain treatment plans clearly to patients
- Build trust and ensure patients follow the full recovery plan
Eligibility & Experience
- BPT / MPT in Physiotherapy
- Minimum 10 years of clinical experience
- Valid registration with State or Central Physiotherapy Council
Skills Required
- Strong clinical knowledge and diagnosis skills
- Good patient communication and leadership ability
- Organized, responsible, and disciplined approach to work
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
