Job Type: Full-Time
Shift timing: 7 PM - 4 AM (5 days-Onsite)
What you’ll do:
- Source and screen candidates for US Healthcare positions
- Learn end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Build strong professional relationships with candidates
- Work with different job portals and recruitment tools
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Quick learner with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Any Graduate / Postgraduate can apply
