- Completion of daily derivative operations retained services tasks Trade Processing and Securities Lending are managed effectively and are in line with market and regulatory deadlines
- Proactively working with LGIM stakeholders Outsource Provider and 3rd Parties Brokers Custodians Fund Accountants Vendors to ensure all asset services activities are managed
- Work in partnership and collaboration with team members and outsourced provider to ensure daily tasks are completed in line with agreed service standards and deadlines incl
- accuracy timeliness and client service measures
- Assist the outsource provider with agreed retained services delivery for the respective service area
- Monitor the daily weekly service delivery KPI KRIs and escalate issues accordingly
- Proactive ownership and investigation of queries issues that may arise escalating and reporting any inconsistences to supervisor or manager in a timely manner
