- Conducting regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues
- Plan and execute maintenance tasks to ensure the hospital’s infrastructure and equipment are in good working condition
- Carrying out minor and major repair works and coordinate large repair projects
- Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations
- Installing and maintaining hospital equipment and systems
- Working closely with the hospital administration to prioritize maintenance and repair work
- Monitoring and managing plumbing, electrical, heating, and cooling systems to ensure they operate efficiently
- Manage daily operations of physical plant and engineering services
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance of all hospital machinery and systems
- Ensure all safety protocols are adhered to within the facility
- Coordinate repairs and upgrades of systems and equipment
- Maintain compliance with health and safety standards
- Manage the installation and operation of HVAC systems
- Work closely with hospital administration to plan and implement facility improvements and expansions
- Develop and maintain documentation of all testing and inspections
