Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Student Counsellor to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in inquiries, conducting telecalling activities, counseling prospective students, and driving admissions through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in students and parents by providing detailed information about courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Conduct telecalling activities to follow up on leads and generate admissions.
- Counsel prospective students and guide them in selecting suitable programs based on their career goals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by effectively addressing concerns and building trust.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets assigned by the management.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Participate in promotional activities, seminars, education fairs, and admission campaigns when required.
- Provide daily and weekly reports on counseling activities and admission conversions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Student Counseling, Admissions, Telecalling, or Educational Sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to handle walk-in inquiries and convert leads into admissions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Experience in the education or training industry will be preferred.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working hours: 9:30 to 5:30
Immediate Joiners Preferred. Candidates with prior experience in educational institutions, training centers, or admission counseling will be given preference.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
