Hiring: Telesales Executive (B2B Sales)
Location: Ahmedabad, G.J
Experience: 0–3 Years (B2B telesales preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to businesses to generate leads and schedule meetings
- Explain products/services clearly and confidently to decision-makers
- Maintain and update customer database with accurate information
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into qualified opportunities
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
- Share regular reports with sales manager on lead status and progress
- Maintain professional communication and build long-term client relationships
Skills & Requirements
- Any Graduate (Sales/Marketing background preferred)
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle objections and work under target-driven environment
- Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools (preferred)
- Fluent in Hindi & English (regional language is an advantage)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
