About the Role
We are looking for a confident, warm, and target-driven Admissions Counsellor to guide parents through the school admission journey. The ideal candidate should be able to build trust with parents, understand their expectations, and convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and counsel prospective parents through in-person visits, phone calls, and WhatsApp follow-ups.
- Conduct engaging school tours and present the school's vision, curriculum, and facilities.
- Convert admission enquiries into confirmed admissions through effective counselling and relationship building.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM or tracking systems.
- Work towards achieving monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with the Front Office and Academic teams to ensure a seamless parent experience.
- Handle admission-related queries professionally and efficiently.
Required Profile
- Fluent in English and Hindi with excellent communication skills.
- Warm, confident, and professional personality.
- Prior experience in school admissions, educational counselling, sales counselling, or parent-facing roles.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to achieve admission goals.
- Experience in the education sector will be preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
