Key Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance endpoint security controls, including EDR and Intune configurations
- Configure and maintain proxy/web security policies to prevent unauthorized access and data leakage
- Implement and monitor compliance and security baselines for enterprise devices
- Collaborate with SOC, IT, and business teams for incident response and security improvements
- Support implementation of cloud security controls and access governance
- Assist in DLP policy tuning and incident handling
- Provide support for security audits, risk assessments, and compliance initiatives
Must-Have Skills
- Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR): Experience in deploying, managing, and monitoring EDR solutions (e.g., Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, CrowdStrike, etc.)
- Proxy Security Solutions: Hands-on expertise with secure web gateways / proxy solutions (e.g., Zscaler, Blue Coat, etc.), including policy configuration and troubleshooting
- Microsoft Intune: Strong experience in device management, compliance policies, endpoint security configuration, and integration with Azure AD
- Conditional Access Policies: Hands-on knowledge of identity-based access controls using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
Good-to-Have Skills
- Data Loss Prevention (DLP): Experience in designing and implementing DLP policies across endpoint, email, and web channels
- Microsoft Azure & Cloud Security: Understanding of Azure services, security configurations, and cloud-native security tools
- Brand Monitoring: Familiarity with digital risk protection, brand monitoring tools, and threat intelligence
- Email Security: Experience with email protection solutions (e.g., Defender for Office 365, Proofpoint, Mimecast)
- Application Security: Basic understanding of application security practices, vulnerability assessments, and secure SDLC
Preferred Profile
- 5–8 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT security roles
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working in enterprise environments with cross-functional teams
- Relevant certifications (optional but preferred):
Microsoft Security certifications (SC-200, SC-300, etc.)
CEH, Security+or equivalent
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
