Job Summary
WebGuruz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for highly motivated and result-driven Business Development Managers (BDMs) with strong expertise in IT Sales, Lead Generation, Client Communication, and Revenue Generation for Digital Marketing and Web Development services.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in IT sales, proposal writing, Upwork bidding, and international client handling. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, converting leads into clients, building strong relationships, and contributing towards organizational revenue growth.
The role demands excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, strong negotiation abilities, and an understanding of IT services including Digital Marketing, SEO, PPC, Website Development, HubSpot, Mobile Applications, and related services.
