The Receptionist is the first face and voice of ZIVA.
This role is much more than answering calls or booking appointments. You will create the patient's first impression, coordinate daily clinic operations, support doctors, ensure smooth patient flow, and help deliver an outstanding patient experience.
We are looking for someone who treats the clinic as their own workplace—not just another job.
- Welcome patients warmly and professionally.
- Schedule, confirm and manage appointments efficiently.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries and patient follow-ups.
- Register patients and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists and clinic staff.
- Guide patients regarding consultation procedures and clinic services.
- Handle billing, payments and invoices accurately.
- Maintain reception, waiting area and front office presentation.
- Follow up with patients for reviews and treatment schedules.
- Ensure patient confidentiality at all times.
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
- Learn about aesthetic and dermatology services to confidently assist patients.
- Contribute to a positive, organized and patient-friendly clinic environment.
Pay: ₹10,922.37 - ₹15,000.00 per month
