Job Descripton for Customer Care Executive – Mumbai (Andheri) Office.
Who can Apply :
Candidate with Good communication skills
Knowledge of call handling, phone etiquette's & Basic Email writing skills
Fluent in English, Hindi languages
Basic knowledge of Excel ( Vlook-up, Pivot )
HSC completed can apply, however Graduation will be preferred.
Minimum 6months - 1 year of experience in customer service background.
Experience of customer care / Logistics will be an added advantage.
Immediate joiner will be preferred
Strictly western line candidates only
Key Responsibilities:
Make Outbound calls to Customer - Provide Information, collect required information from customers in Shipping and Delivery or Return related concerns.
Tracking and reporting delayed shipment on Courier Website.
Follow up with Courier team for Delivery
Maintain Customer Records and Manage Database
150 – 200 outbound calls to be made daily
No Targets, No Sales, Laptop & Phone will be provided by the company.
6 days Work from Office.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
