A presales professional bridges the gap between customer needs and product capabilities. They are the technical or domain experts who partner with sales teams to understand client requirements, deliver tailored product demonstrations, craft customized solutions, and build buyer confidence to secure deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Discovery: Conduct discovery calls and meetings to identify client pain points, goals, and technical requirements.
- Solution Design: Map product capabilities to customer challenges and propose scalable, feasible solutions.
- Demonstrations: Develop and deliver highly customized product demonstrations and presentations.
- Proposals & Bids: Lead or assist in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and security questionnaires.
- Proof of Concept (POC): Run pilot implementations or technical workshops to validate the product's effectiveness for the client.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Relay customer feedback and feature requests to the Product and Engineering teams
Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
