Key Responsibilities
Investor Communication & Stakeholder Management
Manage day-to-day communication with shareholders,institutional investors, retail investors, financial analysts, andother market stakeholders
Coordinate and respond to investor queries with timely,accurate, and professionally crafted responses aligned withapproved disclosure frameworks
Maintain comprehensive records of all investor interactions,feedback, concerns, and follow-up action items
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in theinvestment community including fund managers, researchanalysts, and financial media
Content Development & Presentation Support
Prepare high-quality investor presentations, fact sheets,company profiles, earnings summaries, and managementtalking points
Develop quarterly earnings call scripts, management discussionpoints, and Q&A preparation materials
Create visually compelling and data-driven content thateffectively communicates company performance, strategy, andgrowth prospects
Assist in drafting sections of annual reports, quarterly updates,corporate announcements, and regulatory filings related toinvestor communication
Event Coordination & Relationship Building
Organize and coordinate investor meetings, analyst calls,earnings conferences, plant visits, investor roadshows, andshareholder engagement events
Manage logistics, scheduling, briefing materials, and follow-updocumentation for all investor-facing events
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
Monitor and track market sentiment, investor feedback, analystreports, and peer company developments in the battery andenergy storage sector
Prepare concise market intelligence briefings highlightingtrends, competitive positioning, valuation benchmarks, andinvestor sentiment
Track analyst coverage, earnings estimates, target prices, andrecommendation changes
Provide actionable insights to management on investorperception and market positioning
Compliance & Disclosure Support
Work closely with the Company Secretary, compliance team, andlegal counsel to ensure all investor communication adheres toregulatory requirements and disclosure norms
Support preparation and review of stock exchange filings, pressreleases, and material event disclosures
Maintain updated investor relations content on the companywebsite including financial results, presentations, policies, andgovernance documents
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
