We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and balance sheets.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Prepare budgets, cash flow statements, and financial forecasts.
- Handle vendor payments and customer collections.
- Assist during internal and statutory audits.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Work closely with management for financial planning and reporting.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax & ROC Compliance
- Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime, Busy, Zoho Books, or ERP Software
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, MIS Reporting)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple group companies' accounts.
Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CMA (Preferred)
- 5+ years of relevant accounting experience in a corporate environment.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in handling multiple business entities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.
