Key Responsibilities
- Connect with working professionals to understand their career goals and learning aspirations.
- Counsel prospective learners on our industry-focused programs through calls, virtual meetings, and one-on-one consultations.
- Conduct product demonstrations, resolve queries, and provide personalized career guidance.
- Build, nurture, and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Follow up consistently with prospective candidates to maximize conversions.
- Handle objections, explain program value, negotiate fees, and drive successful enrollments.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Maintain long-term relationships with prospects and ensure high engagement throughout the admission journey.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for enrolled candidates.
What We're Looking for
- 1–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Admission Counseling, EdTech Sales, or B2C Sales.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, LeadSquared, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Strong customer-centric approach with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Fluency in English and regional language(s) will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week.
