As Senior Manager, Global Security Operations, you will lead WSA’s global cyber defense operations and help strengthen how we detect, respond to, and reduce cyber risk across our enterprise. You will oversee operational security capabilities across IT, cloud, R&D, manufacturing, and regulated digital environments, while building a scalable India-based capability that connects seamlessly with global teams and business stakeholders.
Lead WSA’s global security operations function, ensuring effective detection, response and reduction of cyber risk across IT, cloud, R&D, manufacturing and regulated digital environments
Oversee the external 24/7 Security Operations Centre, including service quality, escalation handling, provider performance and continuous improvement
Review security logs, alerts and incidents to support timely triage, investigation and decision-making
Coordinate incident response activities across IT, Information Security, Privacy, Legal, Communications, senior leadership and business stakeholders
Drive vulnerability management, threat intelligence, detection improvement, cyber and insider threat response, and post-incident follow-up
Build and manage a scalable India-based security operations capability, including team setup, ways of working, playbooks, service levels and integration with global teams.
Experience
8–10+ years of cybersecurity experience, including several years in security operations, cyber defence, SOC or incident response leadership
Solid experience managing external SOC, MDR, incident response, penetration testing or security technology providers
Strong understanding of SOC operations, including SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, cloud security monitoring, log management, alert triage, detection engineering and security automation
Experience leading incident management for major cyber, data leakage or insider threat incidents, including coordination with IT, Legal, Privacy, Communications and senior stakeholders
Experience with vulnerability management across infrastructure, endpoints, cloud, applications and externally exposed assets, including risk-based prioritisation and remediation follow-up
People leadership experience, with the ability to hire, develop and retain a high-performing security operations team across locations and cultures.
