Sales Associate: Jewellery Showroom

We are looking for a friendly, trustworthy, and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our jewellery showroom in Irla. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with customers, assisting with jewellery selection, and learning about fine jewellery, diamonds and the Indian jewellery market.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and confidently explain jewellery designs, materials, diamonds and other product details.
- Handle over-the-counter sales and assist customers throughout the purchase process.
- Build positive relationships with customers and provide a warm, professional showroom experience.
- Learn and communicate accurate information about jewellery, diamonds, gemstones, quality, pricing and care.
- Maintain product presentation and ensure the showroom is kept organised and presentable.
- Handle jewellery responsibly and follow showroom procedures for the safe handling of merchandise.
- Support day-to-day showroom operations and sales activities.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: High school / 12th standard graduate; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion retail, sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of Indian jewellery, diamonds and precious jewellery is an advantage, but candidates who are genuinely willing to learn will also be considered.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with a wide range of Indian customers and understanding their needs.
- A presentable, professional and approachable personality.
- Strong sense of honesty, responsibility and trustworthiness, particularly when handling valuable merchandise.
- Ability to work in a showroom environment and remain attentive during customer interactions.
- Sales-oriented, enthusiastic and willing to learn.
Working Hours
9:00 AM – 8:30 PM
Monday – Sunday, with the weekly schedule/weekly off to be discussed.
What we're looking for
Someone who is good with people, comfortable selling, genuinely interested in jewellery, and willing to learn. Jewellery experience is valuable, but a strong attitude, reliability and the ability to build trust with customers are equally important.

Pay: ₹10,715.95 - ₹20,000.00 per month
