Key Responsibilities

- Assist with AI-powered automation and digital workflows.
- Handle customer/client communication through calls, WhatsApp, email, or online platforms.
- Generate and manage leads through digital channels.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain lead records.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the team.
- Use automation tools to improve daily business processes.
- Participate in regular training and team meetings.
- Maintain professional communication and timely reporting.
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of computers and smartphones.
