Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate costing based on engineering drawings, BOMs and technical specifications.
- Calculate costs for raw material, machining, fabrication, welding, subcontracting and overheads.
- Analyze material consumption, process losses and manufacturing processes.
- Evaluate supplier quotations and market prices with Purchase/Procurement teams.
- Prepare costing for customer inquiries, tenders and projects.
- Support value engineering and cost reduction initiatives.
- Maintain costing databases, templates and cost variance reports.
Required: Strong experience in Manufacturing Costing / Estimation / Proposal Engineering, with good knowledge of engineering drawings, BOM, fabrication, machining, welding, ERP/SAP and advanced Excel.
