Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Occupational Therapist based in Bengaluru. The Occupational Therapist will assess and develop individualized intervention plans for clients, focusing on improving their physical, sensory, and cognitive abilities. Responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, collaborating with other practitioners, maintaining detailed client records, and educating families on therapeutic strategies to support continued progress at home. The role requires close communication with interdisciplinary team members to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
Qualifications
- Mandatory Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Expertise in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation is required.
- Knowledge of Pediatric care and experience working with children is preferred
- Strong proficiency in Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- A background in Medicine or understanding of medical conditions related to therapy is an advantage
- Prior experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting is beneficial
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and innovative therapeutic practices
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
