- Identify and develop international markets and new business opportunities for company products.
- Manage end-to-end export sales operations, including lead generation, negotiation, and order closure.
- Communicate with international clients, distributors, and agents to maintain strong business relationships.
- Prepare and follow up on export quotations, proforma invoices, and sales contracts.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, production planning, and dispatch.
- Ensure compliance with export documentation, shipping terms (Incoterms), and international trade regulations.
- Monitor payments, LC documentation, and receivables from overseas customers.
- Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and buyer meetings as assigned.
- Conduct market research to analyze competitor activity and global demand trends.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and submit periodic sales and market reports to management.
