Job Description:
· Working for inbound and outbound processes.
- Should be an effective communicator and provide solutions based on the customer/ client requirement.
Make note of customer's feedback / escalation and arrange the call back accordingly by the senior.
- Should be effective in managing customer/ client query, complaint , issues etc.
- Should be efficient in Language.
