Job Overview : We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Sales and Marketing professional with a strong technical backbone in electrical engineering. In this role, you will drive business growth by pitching high-tech electrical solutions, visiting client sites, and building lasting technical relationships. Key Responsibilities :- Technical Pitching: Deliver compelling, highly technical product and solution presentations to consultants, contractors, and end-users.
Site Visits & Travel: Travel extensively to client sites, substations, and industrial plants for technical discussions, site assessments, and commercial negotiations. Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the power, utility , and industrial sectors.Relationship Management: Maintain and grow relationships with key stakeholders, including state electricity boards, private utilities, and infrastructure developers.
Tendering & Proposals: Coordinate with the internal technical team to prepare accurate technical compliance statements, commercial bids, and RFPs. Required Technical Skills & Expertise Core Electrical Field: Solid understanding of Electrical Substations, Switchyards, and power distribution systems. Equipment Knowledge: Strong working concept of Medium Voltage (MV) / High Voltage (HV) Switchgears and associated primary equipment.Automation & Protection: In-depth knowledge of Substation Automation Systems (SAS), Numerical Relays, and advanced Protection Devices.
Educational Background: A formal degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Electrical & Electronics (EEE), Electronics & Communication (ECE), or Electronics Engineering is mandatory.
Soft Skills & Other Requirements Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to translate complex technical jargon into clear business benefits for clients. Highly self-motivated and willing to travel frequently on short notice.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
