Palm Grove Restaurant is located on Ashvem Beach, North Goa. We are a part of Palm Grove Beach Resort, open full year around.
We are seeking a skilled and service-minded waiter to join our team at our beachfront restaurant in Goa. The ideal candidate should be outgoing, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a minimum of [X years] of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent service to our guests
Take orders and serve food and beverages
Maintain a clean and organized dining area
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a waiter in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
Strong communication skills as in fluent speaking english and hindi
Effective communication and interaction with guest and colleagues
Ability to convey information clearly and effectively
Capacity to handle disagreements and find acceptable solutions
Working well with others towards a common goal, contributing positively to group dynamics
Being flexible and open to change, adjusting to new situations or challenges. Ability to work well under pressure
